Notes

I accept the terms & conditons: My Pet wil be weighed and if incorrect weight I will be debited/creditd for the difference. In some instances a hair lock/paw print may not be taken, if so I will be reembursed for the difference (If hair/paw was selected). Payment in full is required upfront before collection. My Pet does not have a heart pacemaker. If my pet was infected with an infectious disease eg parvo, staph infection, I will notify Cherished Memories.
