PET CREMATION STANDARD PACKAGE
Our Standard Package includes a dignified individual pet cremation. If no urn is selected, your pet's ashes will be respectfully returned in your choice of either a Cardboard Box or Cardboard Scatter Tube.
Both options include a personalised name label.
Your pet's ashes are securely sealed in a plastic zip-lock bag before being placed inside a soft velvet pouch. The pouch is then presented in a white cardboard keepsake box, finished with a decorative ribbon.
Ribbon colour and box style may vary.
Your pet's ashes are placed directly into a sturdy cardboard scatter tube, making it ideal for families who wish to scatter their pet's ashes at a meaningful location.

Full payment is required prior to collection unless an approved payment plan has been arranged.
All pets are weighed upon arrival at our premises. If your pet's weight falls into a different pricing category than advised, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional charges or adjustments.

PAYMENT PLAN INFORMATION
We understand that saying goodbye to a beloved pet can place unexpected financial pressure on families. To help during this difficult time, we offer flexible payment plans for those who need them.
A deposit is required upfront based on your pet's weight, with the remaining balance payable within 30 days.
Your pet will be cared for with the utmost respect during this period. Cremation will be scheduled once the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
Please note that any memorial items or keepsakes will be ordered once final payment has been received.
