Our standard business days/hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

The after hours service is available for pet collection from your home in Wagga Wagga, outside standard business hours/days Weekdays: 5pm - 6pm
Weekends: 10am - 2pm 
For all other enquiries or if your pet is at the your local vet clinic, please call us in business hours.

Please note the after hours service is subject to our availabiliy around our personal lives and there may be times when we are not available after hours. In that case you would need to make arrangements to take your pet in to your local vet for them to hold. We always try our best to help you out when we can. 

To arrange an after hour home pickups please either:
1. call 0481 320 045 and leave a voicemail and we will call you back asap within the after hours times - be sure to advise in message you require after hours service.
