Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Our after hours service is available outside of our standard business hours, subject to availability. After hours fees also apply on public holidays.

Weekdays: 5pm-6pm

Saturday: 10am-2pm

Sunday: 12pm-2pm

AFTER HOURS FEES

Pets dropped off at our premises: $50

Pets picked up by us: $100

For general enquiries, or if your pet is being cared for at your local veterinary clinic, please contact us during our standard business hours.

Please note that our after hours service is offered around our personal commitments and cannot always be guaranteed. If we are unavailable, you may need to arrange for your local veterinary clinic to care for your pet until we are able to assist. We will always do our best to help where possible.
