To our Neddy boy.

What a pleasure the last 2 years has been with your parents, we thankyou for being there when Daddy could finally come home and looking after mum while she is pregnant.

You were a funny, quirky boy and always bring laughter into our hearts and home.

You were the best fetch player and cuddle giver.

You were like no other doggo and that was the best thing about you.

We hope the angels love playing fetch with you just as much as we did.

You were a cool dude, Neddy.

Thankyou for choosing us as your parents.

We have missed you every day since you left.

Love Mum, Dad, Duke, Peggy & Roo Roo.

Lilly was a very special girl, she was very clever. she helped raise the kids, the cats

and our other dog Gypsy, who is missing her.

Being a collie x kelpie she used to try round up the kids and didn't understand why they wouldn't stay where she put them. she even tried dragging my son back to the spot by his nappy. when our cats were kittens she used to pick them up and put them to bed and give them a clean. she was exactly the same when we got another puppy, Gypsy. she helped train her, even give her a nip when she was naughty and always waited for her to eat first.

She knew all the kids by name and often played hide and seek with them.

she was definitely one of a kind and I am so heartbroken that she had to leave us.

Family forever. Run free

Miguel

Miggy was originally found in sticky tar under a truck at my husband’s work place. She was a tiny skeleton with fur, too small & young to be alone. She never grew fat or tall but made up for it by her mighty attitude. Her bestie/Mum was our Amstaff Kevin. We are glad she had a comfortable but sadly short life.

She was our feral little lion.

RIP Miggy

Rosie Posie

Our beautiful girl

You came into our lives like a mini tornado

At just the right time to heal our hurt

You were so full of life.

So stubborn, so determined

Yet you learned so well.

Dad’s girl, Mum’s companion, our little rebel.

You included yourself in all we did -

Site supervisor, chief bug catcher, chaser of birds

And watchdog of the house.

We took you for walks and on holidays too,

All our ‘vans were nicknamed “Rosie’s kennel” for you.

You grew up with our grandkids and slept in their bed,

You loved Saturday mornings, curled up with your Dad.

Mum’s gardening sessions were never without

An inquisitive girl just itching to sniff.

You guided the rescues and showed them the ropes

Made friends with the humans and loved them the same.

You defied all the rules but obeyed when you should.

Your barking was sharp, yet you saved your mate twice,

and a new little girl was accepted with grace.

Our darling big girl how much we loved you

Such a huge part of our hearts you owned.

Our grief and our sadness is a painful thing

To lose you so suddenly is hard to accept.

Your last few days were all you desired –

Loving friends, a bone and a bunny to chase.

Our darling Rosie, our beautiful girl

Life will shine a little less brightly

Now you have gone from our lives.

But in our hearts you will always be

Our shadow, our companion, our beautiful girl.

Loving you always, Rosies Mum

Ease your heart and rest your mind,

my time with you was the very best kind.

I couldn't have asked for a better friend,

we've shared the journey till the very end.

There's one final thing you need to know,

I'll whisper in your ear before I go;

"I'm leaving first to find the way...

So I can lead you back here with me one day."

It broke my heart to lose you,

But you didn’t go alone

Part of me went with you,

The day God took you home.

So this is where we part, My Friend,

And you’ll run on, around the bend.

Gone from sight, but not from mind,

New pleasures there you’ll surely find.

I will go on; I’ll find the strength,

Life measures quality, not its length.

One long embrace before you leave,

Share one last look, before I grieve.

There are others, that much is true,

But they be they, and they aren’t you.

And I, fair, impartial, or so I thought,

Will remember well all you’ve taught.

Your place I’ll hold, you will be missed,

The fur I stroked, the nose I kissed.

And as you journey to your final rest,

Take with you this… I loved you best.

A gift from a friend, you were fluffy from the start

Without a doubt you instantly stole our hearts

A couple of faults, but virtues you had many

As you grew from pup to “Crocodile” to “Granny”

You raised our kids, loved them like your own

In the garden, in our lives, your love was sown

Old Lady, Woo-Woo, Brown Girl & Princess

Without you, our lives would’ve been so much less

You go along now around the bend

Over the bridge to again see your friend

We’ll miss your eyes, your nose, your paws,

Your kisses, your fur and your snores.

And your tail a-wagging, happy and floofy

Farewell just for now, Wokka – daughter of Wookiee.
