Our standard business days/hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Closed public holidays.

The after hours service is available outside standard business hours/days Weekdays: 5pm - 6pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am - 2pm 

For all other enquiries or if your pet is at the your local vet clinic, please call us in business hours.

Please note the after hours service is subject to our availability around our personal lives and there will be times when we are not available after hours. In that case you would need to make arrangements to take your pet into your local vet for them to hold. We always try our best to help you out when we can. 

To arrange an after hour home pickups please either:
1. call 02 6925 3345 and follow the prompts. Please leave us a voicemail and we will call you back asap within the after hours times.
