PET CREMATION PROCESS & INFORMATION
As a locally owned and operated business based in Wagga Wagga, we are committed to caring for every pet with dignity, compassion, and complete transparency throughout every step of their journey with us.
INDIVIDUAL IDENTIFICATION & CARE
From the moment your beloved companion is entrusted to our care, they are assigned a unique identification tag that remains with them throughout the entire cremation process. This identification is carefully checked and verified at every stage, ensuring complete traceability and giving your peace of mind.
Unless a communal cremation is specifically requested, every pet is individually cremated in our dedicated facility, ensuring the ashes returned to you are exclusively those of your beloved companion.
ARRANGING YOUR PET'S CARE
You may leave your pet in the care of your trusted veterinary clinic, where they will safely remain until we collect them. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your pet directly to our premises in Wagga Wagga.
Pets that are to be picked up from your home must be kept in a freezer until our staff are available to collect them. Pets being brought to us must be kept in a freezer until you're ready to drop them off.
Bookings can be made online at any time via our website or by contacting us on (02) 6925 3345 during business hours.
*We are currently unable to pick pets up from homes outside of Wagga Wagga on a same-day basis. Pets to be collected from your home out of town must be kept in a freezer until our scheduled weekly trip (days listed below).
TIMEFRAMES
Once your pet is in our care and full payment has been received, cremation is typically completed within five business days. Pets collected from out of town on a Tuesday and Thursday will be dropped off on the same day the following week.
Some memorial items take between 2-6 weeks for delivery. This is noted in their description on our website. You will have the option to pick your pet's ashes and memorial/s up separately or all together once all items arrive.
When your pet's ashes are ready, you may collect them from our premises or arrange collection from your veterinary clinic. We will notify you by SMS as soon as they are ready.
HERE TO SUPPORT YOU
We understand how difficult it is to lose a beloved pet, and we are honoured to support your family during this time. If you have any questions or special requests, please don't hesitate to contact us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Any personal items left with your pet, such as collars, blankets, toys, beddings, etc. will be cremated with them unless otherwise requested. Items that cannot be cremated safely will be respectfully discarded unless alternative arrangements have been made.
- We are unable to accept pets fitted with a pacemaker or any other battery-operated medical device. These must be removed by your veterinarian prior to cremation. Any damage caused by an undeclared device will be the responsibility of the owner.
- Please advise us if your pet had an infectious disease, including but not limited to Parvovirus, Ringworm, Staphylococcus, Brucellosis, Leptospirosis, Q Fever, or Avian Influenza.
PAW PRINTS, FUR CLIPPINGS, NOSE PRINTS, & PAW CASTS
In some circumstances, we may be unable to take paw prints, fur clippings, nose prints, or paw casts. This may occur if your pet had an infectious disease, was affected by fleas, underwent an autopsy, has been previously buried, is in an advanced state of deterioration, is heavily soiled, has a strong odour, or has begun to decompose.
If your pet has passed away at home and we are not contacted promptly, we may also be unable to take paw prints, fur clippings, nose prints, or paw casts. As a guide, same-day contact is recommended, typically within a few hours. If your pet passes early in the morning and we are not contacted until later that evening, we may be unable to provide these keepsakes. If your pet passes overnight and we are contacted the following morning, there are usually no issues.
We will contact you if we are unable to provide a requested keepsake.
FUR CLIPPINGS
Fur clippings are generally taken from the back of the neck. If you have a preferred location, please let us know when making your arrangements.
ADDITIONAL PAW PRINTS
When additional paw prints are requested, we will make every effort to obtain prints from both front paws. However, if a print from the second paw is not reasonably possible, the additional paw prints may be taken all from the same paw.
If prints from two different paws is specifically required, please advise us at the time of making your arrangements.
CAT & RABBIT PAW PRINTS
All paw prints are typically taken from a front paw, but if this is not possible, a back paw will be used.
If you would prefer a rear paw print from your rabbit, please advise us at the time of making your arrangements.
PAYMENT PLANS
If a payment plan has been arranged, we can hold your pet’s body for up to 30 days whilst payments are being made.
If full payment is not received within the agreed timeframe and no extension has been approved, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the contact details you have provided.
If we are unable to make contact and payment is still outstanding, your pet may be scheduled for a communal cremation. Ashes and memorial items cannot be returned if a communal cremation has taken place.
Deposits and payments already made are non-refundable and will be applied towards the communal cremation fee.
